Kiersten brings over 20 years of teaching experience in class settings and church kiddo instruction and homeschool spaces to CYT's excellent learning community. As a lifelong appreciator of musical theater, she deeply believes that we are all created by a Creative creator with hearts for creating! Drama is a great venue for us as storytellers (with a wonderful story to tell!) Patience and enthusiasm with a sprinkling of joy describes Kiersten's teaching approach. The classroom is a community and when we all bring our best and respect each other well, it opens the doors to learning. Kiersten and Tim are homeschooling Sophie and Anya and nary a day goes by without music and worship in the Krajcar home. It's a delight to connect with other creative souls in CYT!

Born in Oregon, raised in Washington. I have had the privilege of living life to full Pacific Northwest style. Being trained in a multitude of experiences , I have had the privilege to learn so much from a collection of people. I have danced Ballet, Jazz, Hip-hop and Contemporary/Lyrical forms. I was taught acrobatics from the School Of Acrobatics and New Circus arts from a young age, including tumbling, aerial arts, gymnastic trampoline, and new circus arts. Additionally I have played the piano and the violin for over 12 years total and I’ve played a variety of genres from classical, to worship, to folk, to jazz, to new age pop. I have wonderful opportunities doing multiple shows over the years, and I look forward to continuing to further my craft. I look forward to continuing being with this wonderful community at CYT, and continuing to always serve Jesus.
